To view an Acrobat version of develop, you'll first need to install the Acrobat software (in the Utilities folder of this CD). After you install Acrobat, all you need to do is double-click the file named, for example, "develop Issue 12". You do not need to install any special fonts (Acrobat automatically installs the fonts it needs).
Here are some tips about printing from Acrobat:
• When you want to print a particular page or pages, add 2 to the page number. The reason for this is that Acrobat starts its numbering with the front cover, while the paper version of the publication begins its numbering with the Table of Contents. For example, to print page 31, you would enter page 33 in the Print dialog box.
• When you need to print artwork at its highest clarity, print with the Color/Grayscale option selected in the Print dialog box.
The "develop Index" file in the same folder as this Help file contains an Acrobat version of the cumulative index for all issues of develop.
